Our products will be manufactured after order confirmation (contract) and receipt of payment.

processing time:

The processing time for each ordered article takes about 1-4 weeks and depends on order situation, unless a different time is specified on our websiteThe estimated delivery time will be communicated to the customer directly with the order confirmation.

In case of exception, e.g. increased demand, illness or holidays, the delivery time may delay.

The provider will notify the customer immediately and will inform him about the estimated time of shipment before conclusion of contract.

In cases of delayed delivery over two weeks, the customer – and also the provider – is entitled to cancel the purchase. Possibly effected payment by the customer will be refunded promptly.

  • there is no minimum order value
  • delivery is possible worldwide
  • the costs of shipping are composed of packaging and postage
  • dispatched within Germany is by insured parcel
  • shipping to foreign countries as uninsured letter by registered mail
  • upon request insured shipping to foreign countries: plus 2,00
    per 100 € total value of the order
  •  the customer has to select the desired mode of delivery during the ordering process. These additonal costs are shown in the order blank and have to be borne by the customer

*1 shipping by insured packet via DHL. Customer gets the tracking number via email after shipment.

*3 shipping worldwide by insured registered mail (Großbrief International mit Einschreiben) via Deutsche Post.

When exceeding the respective weight limits of the shipment, we will calculate the shipping costs separately.

If delivery to the customer fails because the customer has stated the delivery address incorrect or incomplete, a new delivery occurs only when the customer assumes the cost for resending. The new dispatch charges correspond to the agreed shipping costs by contract. The provider is required to notify the customer of the cost of re-delivery by e-mail. A renewed shipped only occurs after received payment of these costs.

For deliveries to non-EU countries such as to Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Norway, United States, China and Japan additional duties, fees and taxes of the respective custom duty office may be added to the payment amount. These additional costs are to be borne by the customer.

Payment methods: PayPal, bank transfer

The stated purchase price is binding. All prices quoted are final prices plus shipping fees. The prices given at the time of order are decisive for the invoice.

The provider delivers to the customer’s choice against prepayment by bank transfer or prepayment by PayPal.
The paying by bank transfer is to be made within 7 days. The necessary data will be provided in the order confirmation email.

The payment by Paypal is be effected directly and finally with the order process on the website of Paypal service.

Any additional payments, e.g. for customer-specific changes, are to be made within 5 days.
